Ville-Marie is a borough in Montreal that comprises all of downtown Montreal, old Montreal, old port, most of Mount Royal Park, Saint Helen’s Island and Ile Notre-Dame. It is predominately French speaking and has a population of 84,000 residents according to 2011 consensus.
