Danny Kohli is a RE/MAX Hall of fame recipient. He created Montreal City Real Estate in 2019 after 11 years of being an award-winning Real Estate Estate Broker across Canada. From Alberta, BC and Quebec, Danny has successfully closed transactions for his clients regardless of market conditions.
Specializing in investment properties and single-family homes, Danny is known for always working hard on behalf of his clients no matter what type of transaction. With over a decade of experience in dealing with multiple offers, recessions or a buyers or seller’s market, his ability to navigate through all these conditions is what sets him apart from the rest.
In 2019, Danny sold over $20,000,000 alone in Real Estate in Montreal and surrounding areas. His clients’ satisfaction is key and he is present before, during and even years after the transaction has taken place. Danny prides himself on his long term relationship with his clients. Growing up in LaSalle, Danny is a proud Montrealer. He also speaks English, French, Punjabi and Hindi fluently which is an incredible asset in our multicultural city. His client base consists of fellow Montrealers, people new to the city and foreign buyers from around the world.

Ameeta was born and raised in Edmonton Alberta and has had the fortunate opportunity to live across Canada. Being in Montreal for the past 3 years, she
discovered her love of Real Estate and marketing properties for Danny Kohli and now Montreal City Real Estate and RE/MAX Action.
Her #1 priority is to make sure that a property is seen by as many people as possible and to point out its best assets and help turn a house into a home for MCR’s brokers’ clients.
Ameeta’s love for Montreal started with its food scene. Her philosophy is that where there is good food, there are good people. She wasn’t wrong.

Howard has been a marketing, merchandising and sales executive for many years and has gained valuable experience in dealing with clients. He has held several senior management roles working with Canadian manufacturers with a primary focus on sales and marketing. He has built sales and support teams, participated in budget forecasting, costing, merchandising, design and manufacturing.
Howard obtained his Real Estate Brokerage license and is now focusing on commercial and industrial transactions along with single-family homes. Howard’s experience in sales and marketing is a strong foundation for successful real estate brokerage and client relations.

With over 10 years of experience in pre-construction projects along with real estate project management, Alexandra has very easily integrated into the downtown real estate world!
Growing up in Outremont, her love of architecture and sense of community drew her into Real Estate and she has never looked back.
